Using the tools
You may use every tool free of charge for personal and business work. Don't use the site to break the law, to attack or overload our servers, or to scrape or resell the service.
Your content
Files you open in browser-based tools never reach us, and you keep all rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to use, convert and share whatever you process.
Video downloaders
Only download videos you own or have the rights holder's permission to save, and follow each platform's terms. We do not host videos; the downloader fetches a public link at your request and deletes the file after delivery. Rights holders can use our copyright policy.
Calculators and results
Calculator results are estimates from standard formulas, not financial, tax, medical or legal advice. Confirm important numbers with your bank, accountant or doctor.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we can't promise they will always be available or error-free. Keep a copy of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Toolwise is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including lost data or incorrect results.
